Culver schools to receive settlement money from Juul

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind.- A settlement with Juul Labs resulted in over $14,000 going to Culver Community Schools following a meeting Monday night, with another potential $10,000 in settlement funds to be distributed at a later time, according to MAX 98-3.
The State of Indiana filed a lawsuit against Juul Labs for their ads and merchandise targeted at teens and children.
The School City of Mishawaka Board is next to vote Wednesday evening on whether to take their settlement from Juul Labs.
