'Curbside Concerts' return to Elkhart Public Library with fall shows

ELKHART, Ind. -- The Elkhart Public Library announced the return of "Curbside Concerts" on the rooftop with four fall shows ahead.

Each week through September 20, organizers say bands will play free concerts on the roof of the downtown library at 300 S. Second St.

The concerts will start at 7 p.m.

Schedule:

  • August 30 – JR Clark Band
  • September 6 – Los Ortega
  • September 13 – Quite Frank Lee
  • September 20 - nine2K

Organizers say attendees can enjoy the show from the parking lot and are encouraged to bring their own camp chairs or blankets.

Beer, wine, and soda will be available for purchase, and a food truck will be parked nearby.

In the event of rain, organizers will move the concert indoors to the library’s first-floor atrium, with doors opening at 6:30 p.m.

That Guys Gourmet Ribs will be at every fall show, while Tropicana Ice Cream Shop will be there August 30, September 13, and September 20.

You can find more info on the concert series and performers on the library's website.
