Cycling union keeps record books blank for Tour de France

The International Cycling Union has decided not to award victories of the Tour de France in the years that Lance Armstrong won the race.

Last week, the international union stripped Armstrong of his seven consecutive titles from 1999 to 2005.

No winner will be listed for those years.

The management committee has also asked Armstrong to return the prize money he won for those races. That amount comes out to about $3 million.
