Dam in Michigan ruptures

Governor Gretchen Whitmer has issued an emergency declaration in response to the dam failure. She has also ordered that any emergency order issued in response to COVID-19 crisis is temporarily suspended "to the extent such order impedes the emergency response effort under this declaration."
