Day Road to be closed for railroad crossing repairs

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- Day Road just east of Fir Road will be closed for repairs to the railroad crossing beginning March 28.
The Canadian National Railroad said the repairs should take a little over a week. The road is expected to reopen around April 7 or 8.
A detour will be posted to assist drivers.
