Decision Day: Supreme Court to hand down ruling on ObamaCare law

The Supreme Court is expected to hand down its ruling on President Obama's healthcare law.

The decision could directly affect every American. The core of the lawsuit involves 26 states. The mandate requires people to buy health insurance.

Some popular aspects of the law include health care coverage of adult dependents up to 26-years-old and protection for people with pre-existing conditions.

There's a deep divide over whether government is the solution.

"The advantage to the private system is that you can have changes and modifications,” said John Nicholson. “Over a period of time it works better than the government saying,’ this is it.’"

"This law or protections for children getting insurance is critical and potentially a life or death decision,” said Mike Fawcett.
