Dementia patient missing from group home

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- The St. Joseph County Police Department is looking for a 91-year-old woman with dementia who disappeared from Dolly's House on Ireland Road in the early morning hours.
Officers were told Nandies Tavenier was last seen around 2 a.m. in her room.
Her disappearance was reported at 10 a.m.
Tavenier was last seen wearing blue jeans and a floral shirt.
If you spot Tavenier, do not approach her. Maintain visual contact and contact the St. Joseph County Police at 574-235-9611.
