ELKHART, Ind. -- Demolition is underway in Elkhart to make room for the new Tolson Center.
Construction crews knocked down the old community center this week as the site is prepared for the new construction.
The building, which is scheduled to be complete by the fall of 2023, will include two indoor gyms, an art space, a dance room, an outdoor soccer field, a playground, and two outdoor basketball courts.
