UPDATE: According to case documents from Elkhart County, the charge of Sexual Battery against Michael Andrew Wade Scarberry was dismissed on Dec. 22, 2014.

Documents reveal Scarberry made a guilty plea regarding the charge of Battery.

Scarberry was sentenced to one year in the Indiana Department of Correction, with a jail credit of 114 days and 251 days suspended.

ORIGINAL STORY: ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- The Elkhart County Sheriff's Department is searching for a 31-year-old man who is wanted on a warrant for sexual battery.

Michael Andrew Wade Scarberry is 5’07” tall, 175 pounds, has blue eyes and blond hair.
