The Pulaski County Sheriff's Department seized over 8 pounds of marijuana and over $4,700 in cash after serving a search warrant at a home on US Highway 35.

A deputy was following up a criminal complaint at Delbert Bain's residence at 5588N US Hwy 35, then obtained a search warrant for the residence.

During the search, Deputy Seth Barton seized over 8 pounds of marijuana, over $4,700 in cash and made two arrests.

Kyle Brunt, 18, was arrested and charged with neglect of a dependent, maintaining a common nuisance, dealing marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Kelly Bain, 25, was arrested and charged with neglect of a dependent, maintaining a common nuisance, dealing marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

A juvenile in the home was released to a family member.

Deputies say more arrests are expected.
