LAPAZ, Ind. -- ABC57's summer series Developing Downtowns has returned with Julianne Grohowski, who starts off the season with the small town of LaPaz.
The community has gone through a number of struggles in recent years, from dealing with major road changes to a lack of city water availability.
But the community is doing what it can to revitalize the area and maintain its smalltown charm.
