Did 'Fast Eddy' pull a fast one? Judge gives accused 3 weeks to deliver

NILES, Mich. -- The man accused of not delivering tourism maps to Niles businesses has three weeks to deliver.

Niles City Police told ABC 57 News on Thursday that Ed "Fast Eddy" Zapencki has until Aug. 17 to deliver every map or face fraud charges.

Last October, Zapencki visited Niles and sold spots on what he calls a "fun treasure map" to several businesses for $150 a piece, and promised delviery by April.

In February, Zapencki was ordered by a Wisconsin judge to turn over $250,000 for maps he never delivered.

We tried to contact Zapencki this week but are still waiting for a call back.
