Diggins to be featured in ESPN's "Sports Science"

NOTRE DAME, Ind. -- Notre Dame’s Skylar Diggins is going to Hollywood.

Wednesday, the junior tweeted: "On Friday, I will be in L.A. on set filming for ESPN's “Sport Science.” I have always watched the show, and now I’m going to be on it."

The ESPN show looks at the "science" behind what puts some athletes at the top of their game.

Diggins has set records with the Fighting Irish.  She's the first player ever to tally 400 points, 100 assists, and 75 steals twice in her career. She’s only the second player in school history to reach the 1,000 point mark.

No word yet on when that episode will air.
