No fire at South Bend Wendy's, roof work caused smoke

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Firefighters responded to a possible fire at the Wendy's on Lincolnway West in South Bend Monday afternoon.

The building was evacuated due to smoke in the building.

After responding, it was determined I&M's work on the roof of the building caused smoke to fill the interior of the building.
