The Indiana Department of Natural Resources placed identification bands on the three peregrine falcon chicks that were born earlier this year.
The city's resident peregrine falcon couple, Zeus and Maltese, produced four eggs, but only three hatched.
The DNR will examine the egg that did not hatch.
The three chicks, two girls and a boy, were banded around noon in front of a room full of spectators.
You can watch the falcons on their nest here.
Last year Zeus and Maltese had four chicks.
