Doctors say vitamin B-3 has dangerous side effects

New evidence suggests that Niacin, which can be used to help control cholesterol, may be doing more harm than good.
Niacin, also known as Vitamin B-3, was given to study participants in the UK.
Researchers found side effects including stomach bleeding, muscle inflammation and infections.
Doctors say the best way to lower your cholesterol is through diet and exercise.
