After closure in 2020, YMCA reopens in downtown
MUNSTER, Ind.—Five of the 50 dogs rescued from a South Korean dog-meat farm have found refuge at a Munster Animal Shelter.
The five Jindo-mix dogs were brought to the Munster Humane International Society in July 2018.
Two of these dogs, Tofu and Bruce, have been adopted.
Since 2015, Humane International has helped close more than a dozen dog-meat farms.
