Don't let the weather ruin your fitness routine

If wintry weather is cramping your fitness routine, a new program is hoping to keep you in step.

Memorial Health & Lifestyle is kicking off its "3 Walks a Week" program. For the next month, folks are encouraged to beat the cold with an indoor fitness routine.

People are encouraged to get in 12 walks for the month and those who complete 300 laps around the track can earn a pedometer.

The "3 Walks a Week" program begins Monday, December 1. And will run from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

The program is free for members. Others will have to pay a $29 fee.
