Foggy morning; ending September feeling like summer
ELKHART, Ind. - Police say one person is dead and another person hurt, after a double shooting in Elkhart.
Police say it happened just after 3:30 this morning in the area of State and Madison Streets.
Officers found the victims in the 300 block of State.
One victim died at the scene.The other is being treated at Memorial Hospital in South Bend.
Police have no information on suspects.
The victim's names have not been released.
