Dow Jones finishes up 200 points

NEW YORK -- Folks shopping this Friday might have some extra change in their pockets.
Monday night the Dow Jones closed 200 points up. That's an incredible increase.
Experts believe this is in due part to a possible budget deal in the coming days.
This is the best close for the Dow since September.
Both Hewlett-Packard and Bank of America led the rise in numbers.
