Dow Jones tops 13,000 for first time since 2008

NEW YORK -- It's a sight investors have waited years to see!

On Tuesday, the Dow Jones Industrial Average broke the 13,000 mark for first time since 2008!

It happened just before 11:30 a.m.

Then the Dow retreated slightly, and closed just below 13,000.

Investors said news that Greece would finally get more bailout funds gave stocks the boost.

So, is the economy finally rebounding?
