Dowagiac Police no longer searching for missing woman

UPDATE: Police made contact with Rose Morris and learned she is okay. They said she was considered a voluntarily missing person.


DOWAGIAC, Mich. -- Dowagiac Police are searching for a woman who was last seen by family members on Thursday around 5:30 p.m.



Family members say 25-year-old Rose Morris told them Thursday that she was going out with friends. Police determined she met friends and went to a house in Dowagiac, then left around 11:30 p.m.



She was reported missing on Sunday.



Police say there is no information she is in danger, but family members say it is unusual for her not to contact them.



She does not have a cell phone or credit cards to track.
