Downtown Niles power outage planned for six hours Thursday

City of Niles NILES, Mich. -- The Niles Utility Department will be performing a power outage impacting the whole of the downtown area for systems repairs Thursday morning.
The planned outage is expected to start around 11 a.m. and last for roughly six hours, ending around 5 p.m.
