Downtown South Bend hosts Winter Restaurant Week

Monday kicks off Downtown South Bend's Winter Restaurant Week.
There are 16 businesses participating in the annual event, with deals that range from $11 to $33, depending on the meal.
These deals are all in an effort to boost the downtown economy.
Winter Restaurant Week runs through February 8.
