Dozens arrested at Kenny Chesney concert

NOBLESVILLE, Ind. — Sixty-eight people, including 61 minors, were arrested during a Kenny Chesney concert in Noblesville.
Indiana excise police officers arrested the minors for possessing or drinking alcohol.
Six others were charged with giving alcohol to minors.
