ELKHART, Ind. -- A driver accidentally hit the gas and drove through the front of a UPS store in Elkhart on Tuesday, according to Elkhart Police.

Police said the driver was parked in front of the store in the 4000 block of E. Bristol and pushed the gas pedal instead of the brake.

The building inspector responded and determined it was structurally sound.

One employee was taken to the hospital to be checked out but their injuries are believed to be minor.
