Driver hospitalized after crashing into power pole in St. Joe County

GRANGER, Ind. -- Both Hickory and Adams Streets are back open after a car slammed into a power pole.
It happened around 3 Tuesday morning in St Joseph County. Skid marks on the ground lead to the snapped power line at the intersection.
Crews worked for about an hour and a half to restore power. The driver was rushed to Memorial Hospital in South Bend.
No word yet on how badly he was hurt.
