Driver sentenced in fatal crash on McKinley Avenue

Vincent Hunter Jr, 26, was sentenced to five years in prison.
Two years of his sentence are to be served in prison.
The other three will be served in St. Joseph County Community Corrections.
Hunter pleaded guilty in this case on March 1.
The crash happened on McKinley Avenue near Filbert Road around 10:45 p.m. on February 14.
When police arrived, they found Horrall deceased in the road and a bicycle nearby.
The vehicle had left the scene.
