Driver sentenced to 19 years for crash that killed 2, injured 2

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- A woman has been sentenced to 19 years in prison in connection with a fatal crash that happened in June and killed two people.

Raeaunna White, 30, was sentenced to 6 years for causing death when operating a vehicle with an ACE of .08 or more, 6 years for causing death when operating a vehicle with an ACE of .08 or more, 4 years for causing serious bodily injury when operating a motor vehicle with an ACE of .08 or more, and 3 years for  causing serious bodily injury when operating a motor vehicle with an ACE of .08 or more.

She will serve the sentences consecutively.

As part of the plea agreement, the other charges against White were dismissed.

Tajuanna Norris and Tony Griffin were killed in the crash at Lincolnway West and N. Bendix Drive on June 28, 2020. Two others suffered serious bodily injury.
