Driver submits resignation after school bus crash

CARMEL, Ind. -- A school bush crash in Carmel, Indiana was caught on surveillance camera.
In video just released, the incredible crash happened after a bus driver hit a bump and was thrown from his seat.
He clung to the steering wheel as the bus veered off the road and slammed into a garage.
No kids were on the school bus at the time. And the driver has submitted his recognition.
