La Porte County, Ind- A driver suffered only minor injuries after a car caught on fire in La Porte County.
On Wednesday, just after 3:00 p.m. Est. the car crashed into a tree on 250 S West US 35.
The engine burst into flames after impact, but volunteer fire fighters from Scipio were able to put out
the flames.
Deputies say the driver was the only person in the car and that they only suffered minor injuries.
