Drought persists despite isolated shower in South Bend

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Parts of South Bend saw some slight relief from the drought, in the form of sprinkles.
It rained early Monday afternoon along Chapin Street.
It was just enough to dot cars windows and wet the pavement.
Unfortunately, we need about four more inches of rain and this shower didn't bring it.
