MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- St. Joseph County Dispatch confirmed a person drowned in a Mishawaka apartment complex pool late Monday night. 

The call came in at 9:22 p.m. where callers said a male drowned in the pool at Pine Oak Apartments. 

That male victim was 59-year-old Ivo Hrvat, confirmed the St. Joseph County Coroner.

Sources say Hrvat would swim in the pool around the same time every night yet he was not a strong swimmer.

When he was found, first responders administered advanced life support for 40 minutes. 

An autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday morning at 10 a.m.
