Dry until the weekend

It doesn't get much better than this for mid-August, or really any time of year.

Sunny through Friday, highs in the low 80s and lows near 60. We are starting to turn dry and brown again, beneficial soaking rainfall is trending more likely for the weekend.

Sunday could be a soaker.
