Early voting for the General Election begins Wednesday in Indiana

Wednesday is the first day of in person early voting for the 2022 General Election in Indiana.

Hoosiers can vote in person from now until November 7. Click here to find the locations for early voting.

The Indiana Secretary of State wants to remind all voters:

  • You cannot bring election materials inside a polling location.
  • You cannot wear items into a polling location supporting or opposing a candidate or issue.
  • You cannot comment on another voter’s support of a candidate or issue inside of a polling location.
  • You are required to bring a photo ID. [More info]

If you need to request an absentee ballot, you can do that online or through your county clerk's office. Requests must be received by October 27.

Visit www.indianavoters.com to view a sample ballot, check your voting location and hours for early voting. A valid photo ID is required to vote early in-person.
