East Main Gardens celebrates 100 years of business

NILES, Mich. -- It all started when Milfred Peters sold one of his wife’s flowers on March 30^th, 1921. Now, East Main Gardens continues to be a staple to the Niles community.

As today marks the 100^th anniversary of the local shop, many celebrations are in order all morning, and all day long.

ABC57 had an inside look at the birthday party and spoke with the owner, Mike Peters, about what this special day means to him.
