LAPORTE COUNTY, Ind.—The eastbound lanes of I-94 in Michigan City have reopened following multiple crashes on Sunday, according to INDOT.

The crashes caused closures on I-94 between U.S. 421 and U.S. 20/35 in Michigan City.

Drivers were diverted at U.S. 421.

Authorities also said that those traveling in LaPorte County on I-94 should use extreme caution as the lake effect snow band as severely reduced road conditions and visibility.
