Elkhart celebrates Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

ELKHART, Ind. — Michiana along with the rest of the nation will celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King Junior Day with a community-based activities.
The Elkhart Democratic Party will have a carry-in lunch party at 11:30 a.m. The event will at their headquarters just south of Concord Mall. The idea is to bring and share dishes with friends. There will also be a watch party for the president's inauguration.
