ELKHART, Ind. - The 4A girls basketball sectional at Concord High School featured two cross-town rivals in the championship game.
Elkhart Central and Elkhart Memorial met for the sectional title, and it was Central who came out on top.
The Blazers, fresh off a regular season with the most wins in program history, kept their dream season alive. They beat the Chargers 43-40 to capture their first sectional championship since 1981.
