Elkhart Central wins first state baseball title

The Elkhart Central Blue Blazers are now state baseball champions. Saturday night they beat Indianapolis Cathedral 1-0.

Player Matthew Eppers also received the Mental Attitude award at the game. He received a check for $1,000 for that award.

This is Elkhart Central's first state baseball title.
