Elkhart chapter of Indiana Black Expo to host free three-day health fair

ELKHART, Ind.- The Elkhart Chapter of the Indiana Black Expo (IBE) is hosting a free health care event with medical screenings beginning March 3 at 6 p.m. at Fairfield Inn & Suites in Elkhart.

Titled "Man Up: Healthy Mind, Body, and Spirit: Mental Wellness Conference & Free Health Fair," this three-day event brings awareness to the disparities in minority and African American men to get yearly check-ups.

Events on Saturday, March 4 kick off at noon at the Elkhart Health and Aquatics Center on East Jackson St in Elkhart.

Events on Sunday, March 5 begin at 2 p.m. at New Vision of Life on Mishawaka Rd in Elkhart.

This event is open to everyone.
