Elkhart County entrepreneur group to host youth event

ELKHART, Ind. -- The students of Startup Moxie of Elkhart County will be hosting The Startup Effect event on Thursday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Hotel Elkhart in order to bring attention to young entrepreneurs in the county.

The business-casual event is $20 per ticket, and will have a buffet-style dinner with a program that features a networking hour, live pitch competition and student presentations on businesses in the area.

Elkhart Mayor, Rob Roberson will also be at the event, and small business from throughout the Elkhart Community will be featured as well.
