Elkhart County Miracle one win away from Northern League Championship Trophy

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- The Elkhart County Miracle beat the regular season winner, the Northwest Indiana Oilmen, 8-5 on Tuesday in Whiting, Ind.

With one more win, officials say the Miracle can clinch the best of three Championship Series at their Wednesday night game at the Elkhart Athletic Complex.

Wednesday's game will be the Miracle's last home game of the season.

Game three will determine the league champion in Whiting on Thursday, if necessary.
