Elkhart County prosecutor running for state AG

Elkhart County Prosecuting Attorney Curtis T. Hill Jr. announced he will be seeking the Republican nomination for Attorney General at the GOP state convention in June 2016.

In a press release, Hill says he has been endorsed by over 30 Indiana county prosecutors and by numerous law enforcement officials.

Hill has been the prosecutor in Elkhart County for the last 13 years.

In the press release, Hill says he is dedicated," to the proposition of justice for all including: addressing threats of terrorism, battling violent crime in our neighborhoods, protecting the rights of property ownership, protecting consumers from scams, fraud and online predatory attacks, and properly balancing the interests of the State of Indiana with the interests of the federal government."

Hill is a native of Elkhart County.
