Elkhart County to host trick-or-treating at 4-H Fairgrounds

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. – A community-wide trick-or-treating event will be held Oct. 30 at the Elkhart County 4-H Fairgrounds.
Families donning their costumes can attend the event from 1-7 p.m.
Fair officials will create a walk-through, one-way route for guests to go through in order to limit unnecessary contact.
Treats will be wrapped individually and kids ages three and up will be required to wear masks during the event.
