Woman found dead after being struck by train in New Carlisle

ABC 57 NEW CARLISLE, Ind. -- A woman was found dead Monday afternoon near the train tracks between Walnut and Smilax Roads.
The New Carlisle Police Department reports they were called about the body around 2 p.m.
Police say it appears she was struck by a train.
The woman has yet to be identified.
Police added they were unable to determine how long the woman was there before being found.
