ELKHART, Ind. - Elkhart Education Foundation hosted its annual Ugly Sweater Run throughout Downtown Elkhart.
The race, the kickoff to Winterfest in Elkhart, started at 8:30 a.m. at NIBCO Water and Ice Park with a day full of activities including Breakfast with Santa, ice skating, Letters to Santa and a parade with a tree lighting ceremony.
All proceeds go to the Elkhart Education Foundation which provides Elkhart Community Schools students and staff with the resources they need to be successful.
