Elkhart man found guilty of trafficking, pornography charges

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – An Elkhart man has been found guilty of charges related to trafficking and child pornography following a jury trial in the South Bend District Court, according to court documents.

A four-day jury trial found 25-year-old Khalil Jackson guilty of the following federal charges, according to court records:

  • Sex trafficking of a minor
  • Production of child pornography
  • Transportation of child pornography
  • Possession of child pornography
  • Cyberstalking

Sentencing for Jackson is scheduled for September 20, 2021.

The case was investigated by the FBI with assistance from the St. Joseph County Police Department and the Elkhart Police Department.
