Elkhart Parade of Homes 2025 features tiny home built by Concord students

ELKHART, Ind. -- The annual Elkhart Parade of Homes is underway, allowing members of the community to see some of the best looking homes in the area while raising money for local kids.

"The Builders Association of Elkhart County (BAEC) is again proud showcase the best of the area's builders and the members of the BAEC who contribute to some of the best homes in the area," organizers said.

"This year's parade features six new construction homes, one Hard Hat home (open the first weekend only), one remodel and a Tiny Home, constructed by trades students from Concord High School."

The parade continues on June 19-20 from 4-8 p.m. and June 21-22 from 1-8 p.m.

Tickets are $10 at the door or $8 if purchased online, at any area Martin's Supermarket or at the BAEC offices ( 25428 County Road 20).

"The Build Your Future Committee of the BAEC is raffling off two Playhouses built by Elkhart County 7th graders under the guidance of BAEC builders and associates," organizers said.

"Raffle Tickets at $5 per ticket or $10 for four tickets. Playhouses are on display at the BAEC. The Tiny Home is also at the BAEC."

Parade books will be available at each home.
