New Carlisle opens the door to back yard beekeeping
ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- Elkhart Parks and Recreation is inviting the community to come out, think, and share their thoughts about the parks new upcoming master plan.
All 35 parks in the park system will be addressed in this master plan which includes five main tenets: connect, bloom, expand, play and amplify all highlighted throughout the plan.

This morning ABC57's Summer Horan got to chat with the City of Elkhart's Park Superintendent Jamison Czarnecki about what he does, what this master plan has in store and how the community can get involved in the conversation.
